Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. We offer a 30-day trial for all of our products, which means you have 30 days to try it out, live with it, and love it. 

If at any point in the first 30 days, you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked.

It's the customers' responsibility to pay for return postage, we do recommend choosing a tracked service.

Products must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products are not eligible for a refund.

Receiving your refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, our team will process your refund within 30 days. You will be notified when your refund is processed, and your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, though please note this may take longer depending on your bank.

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again - your refund should show under The Secret Pillow on your statement
  • Contact your credit card company or bank - it may take some time before your refund is posted after it has been processed by our team (typically a maximum of 30 days from your refund notification)
